Trading Product Adoption Specialist

Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Trading Product Adoption Specialist to drive product adoption and retention of its trading suite. This role involves working directly with clients to train them on best practices, develop technical solutions, and share updates on the product roadmap. The specialist will collaborate with various teams, including Client Management, Analytics/Marketing, and Product & Engineering, to address product gaps and provide critical client feedback.Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to drive Trading engagements and results.
• Partner with RIAs, Wealth Management firms, Banks, Trust Companies, and Family Offices to understand their business and improve their results.
• Engage cross-functionally to communicate product needs and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience working with trading platforms.
• Understanding of financial products.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to quickly build trust and strong relationships with stakeholders.
• User-focused with analytical ability.
• Highly organized self-starter who can manage deadlines.
