Job Description
InMobi is seeking a Manager HR Business Partner to support its India business units, specifically InMobi Exchange and InMobi Performance Advertising (DSP). This role involves executing strategic HR initiatives, talent management, employee engagement, and business partnering. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Sales and GTM landscape and align HR strategies with business objectives.
In this role, the candidate will: - Partner with business managers on workforce planning and organizational design.
- Serve as a consultative subject matter expert for HR functions.
- Coach managers on employee relations and performance matters.
- Analyze data to drive people decisions and build engagement.
- Drive the implementation of org-wide people initiatives.
InMobi is looking for someone who has: - 8+ years of experience in HR, with 5+ years in an HRBP capacity.
- Partnering experience with Sales, GTM, or customer-facing teams.
- Strong understanding of HR work streams across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience influencing and managing change effectively.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and deliver outcomes in a matrixed environment.
