AI Senior Product Manager - Clinical AI (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager specialized in AI to join its Clinical teams. The Senior Product Manager will define, prioritize, and manage the value of AI products for healthcare professionals. This role involves working on AI use-cases to support practitioners' daily lives and strategic features like addressing or anamnesis assistants.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding user needs and ensuring AI products deliver the expected impact.
• Leading scoping, explorations, and collaborating with stakeholders and ML/AI teams.
• Defining AI product vision and setting up roadmaps.
• Implementing a product management approach to optimize user satisfaction and scalability.
• Defining and prioritizing solutions, working with AI, Data, and software teams.
• Communicating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Identifying and approaching M&A opportunities, particularly for AI and HealthTech start-ups.

Requirements:

• French proficiency.
• Strong expertise in Product Management, including ML and AI features.
• Real appetite and curiosity for AI's latest innovations (GenAI, LLM, NLP, recommendations systems…).
• Strong understanding of AI and data delivery constraints.

Nice to have:

• Former DS or ML Eng
• Experience in Healthtech companies
