Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Field Sales Partner (x/f/m) to join their team in Florence, Italy. This role is the primary point of contact for physicians, aiming to simplify healthcare professionals' lives and improve access to healthcare through Doctolib's solutions. The Field Sales Partner will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to training, for Doctolib's services offered to Italian doctors.Role involves:
  • Prospecting: Contacting doctors to schedule appointments.
  • Meetings: Planning and managing meetings to present Doctolib's Booking Management System.
  • Closing: Understanding doctor's needs and presenting offers to bring them onboard.
  • Training: Supporting doctors during the installation and training phase.
  • Active Listening: Gathering feedback to improve team activities and contribute to Doctolib's success.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in sales roles.
  • Experience working towards targets.
  • Passion for sales and a desire to grow in this field.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good level of English.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel.
