Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Field Sales Partner to join their team in Pisa, Italy. This individual will be the primary point of contact for doctors, simplifying healthcare professionals' lives and improving access to healthcare through Doctolib's solutions. The Field Sales Partner will manage the entire sales cycle of Doctolib's services to Italian doctors.
The role involves:
- Prospecting: Contacting doctors to schedule appointments.
- Meeting: Planning and managing meetings with healthcare professionals to present Doctolib's Booking Management System.
- Closing: Understanding the doctor's needs and presenting Doctolib's offer to secure their partnership.
- Training: Providing ongoing support to doctors during the installation and training phase.
- Active Listening: Gathering feedback to improve team sales activities and contribute to Doctolib's success in Italy.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of professional experience in sales roles.
- Experience working towards targets.
- Passion for sales and a desire to grow in this field.
- High level of energy and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Good level of English.
- Driver's license and willingness to travel.
