(Junior) Project Manager E-Health (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their team in Köln. This role involves implementing Doctolib's concept in medical practices, advising clients on appointment scheduling optimization and online strategy. The Project Manager acts as the main point of contact for clients and internal departments during project implementation, ensuring Doctolib is integrated into existing processes and customizing the Doctolib calendar system to meet client needs. They are also responsible for training users and ensuring a smooth handover to customer support after project completion. The Project Manager contributes to the continuous development of Doctolib's product.

Role Involves:

• Implementing Doctolib in medical practices
• Advising clients on appointment scheduling and online strategy
• Serving as the main contact for clients and internal teams
• Integrating Doctolib into existing processes
• Customizing the Doctolib calendar system
• Training users
• Ensuring smooth handover to customer support
• Contributing to product development

Requirements:

• Vocational training, degree, or equivalent in a relevant field (health management/economics is a plus)
• Initial experience in customer service or project management
• Strong communication skills and passion for healthcare
• Well-structured, analytical thinking, and ability to maintain an overview in intensive project phases
• Flexibility, commitment, and enjoyment of working in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
• Native-level German and business-fluent English
