Job Description

• Implementing Doctolib's concept in medical practices and advising clients.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal departments during project implementation.
• Ensuring Doctolib is integrated into existing processes and configuring the Doctolib calendar system.
• Training users on the Doctolib system.
• Ensuring a smooth handover to the customer care team after project implementation.
• Contributing to the continuous development of the product.

• Vocational training, a degree, or equivalent in a relevant field (healthcare management/economics is a plus).
• Initial professional experience in customer service, project management, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and passion for the healthcare sector.
• Well-structured, analytical thinking, and ability to maintain an overview in intensive project phases.
• Flexibility, commitment, and enjoyment of working in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
• Native-level German and business-fluent English.
