Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on engaging with users and prospects, identifying new business opportunities, and developing valuable skills. The SDR will partner with the Sales Team to connect with influential people, research and craft thoughtful messaging, and drive business conversations. This role balances reactive and proactive work, requiring a detective mindset and confidence on the phone, using AI to improve productivity.Role involves:
- Building and maintaining knowledge of technology, competitors, and industry trends
- Following up on inbound leads effectively
- Using a multi-channel approach (email, social, WhatsApp, calling) for outreach
- Using Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management
- Prioritizing and customizing outreach using research and data
- Driving effective discovery conversations to understand user needs
- Meeting new business opportunity and pipeline targets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is a plus
- Ideally located in Austin, Dallas, or Houston, but open to other locations in US Central and East time zones
- Open to feedback and coaching
- Clear and concise communication style
- Excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to take on any task with a focus on quality
- Resourceful and proactive in an evolving environment
