Job Description
Seyond is seeking a Sr. LiDAR Technical Sales Engineer to collaborate with engineering, business development, and sales teams to promote LiDAR products and solutions. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering technical insights, and showcasing the value of LiDAR solutions. The candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand requirements, influence product development, and drive sales strategies.

Role Involves:
  • Acting as a technical interface between customers and R&D teams.
  • Leading technical demonstrations, training workshops, and proof-of-concept projects.
  • Providing field support for product integration and troubleshooting.
  • Developing technical sales proposals and answering RFIs/RFQs.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Identifying opportunities for value-added solutions and driving technical discussions.
  • Leading on-site customer visits and technical evaluations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, field application engineering, or hardware engineering.
  • Experience in the automotive or sensor industry.
  • Deep knowledge of LiDAR systems and sensor technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed (20%).
