Job Description
Capco is seeking a Managing Principal to spearhead significant transformation programs within the banking and finance sector. This role involves leading large-scale transformation initiatives and actively contributing to the firm's business development efforts.
Role Involves:
- Directing complex transformation programs (TOM, PMI, restructuring, project portfolio management, etc.).
- Co-creating transformation roadmaps with executive committees, providing strategic and operational insights.
- Structuring and managing multidisciplinary consulting teams.
- Ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Identifying and qualifying opportunities with key accounts.
- Leading responses to calls for tenders and value propositions.
- Developing lasting client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Contributing to the firm's growth strategy and developing new offerings.
- Supervising, coaching, and developing internal teams.
- Promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Participating in the recruitment and integration of new talent.
- Contributing to training and knowledge sharing within the firm.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a consulting firm, with a focus on the banking sector.
- Experience as a director within the firm, managing teams of up to 10 people.
- Significant project experience in framing and implementing complex transformation projects (PMI, TOM, Operational Efficiency, etc.).
- Lean Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Strong ability to interact with high-level stakeholders (C-level) and a solid client network.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
