The role of Analista Comercial - Inside Sales (Inbound) involves:
- Conducting consultative sales in a receptive manner.
- Connecting client needs with financial solutions.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Managing sales through various channels (chat, WhatsApp, and phone).
- Ensuring agility and assertiveness in sales processes.
Requirements for the role include:
- Prior experience with sales (minimum 1 year).
- Higher education (in progress or completed).
- Negotiation and influence skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
