Job Description

Wrike is seeking a passionate Inbound Sales Rep to join their team. This role focuses on establishing relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to expand the Wrike product within existing accounts. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will work closely with Account Managers to drive business and achieve booking targets through both inbound and outbound sales activities.

The ISR will analyze customer personas, conduct market research, and collaborate with sales teams to refine messaging and maximize revenue growth. They will utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Salesforce to enhance outreach efforts and manage account activities.

Role Involves:

  • Analyzing customer personas and target audience demographics.
  • Identifying new prospects within existing customer accounts.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to develop account strategies.
  • Conducting research on prospects and their organizations.
  • Qualifying new opportunities and routing them to the appropriate Account Manager.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS Preferred).
  • Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
  • Experience handling customer relationships and using those relationships to expand business.
  • Experience with solution selling.
  • Outbound sales calling experience.
  • Experiencing filtering through a large number of inbound leads/trials, and promptly following up on those leads.
  • Ability to conduct end-user demonstrations over video conferencing/zoom.
