Job Description

Wrike is seeking a Marketing Operations Program Coordinator to enhance operational excellence within its marketing team. This role involves optimizing processes, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing programs. The ideal candidate will oversee marketing workflows, leverage Wrike for project management, analyze marketing performance data, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Responsibilities include:

• Program Management: Overseeing and managing Tier 1/Priority marketing projects using Wrike.
• Process Optimization: Owning and evolving marketing processes to deliver scalable and repeatable workflows.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Driving alignment through ownership of the marketing operating calendar and key cadences.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyzing marketing data to identify trends and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Resource Coordination: Ensuring teams have the necessary tools, assets, and information.
• Reporting & Insights: Developing dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and operational KPIs.

Requirements:

• Project Management Expertise: Experience managing complex marketing programs using Wrike or similar tools.
• Marketing Operations Knowledge: Understanding of marketing workflows, campaign execution, and lead management.
• Data Analytics Skills: Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and generate insights.
• Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving alignment.
• Process Improvement Mindset: Passion for identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Experience with Martech Stack: Familiarity with CRM, automation platforms (e.g., Workato), and analytics tools.
• Adaptive Mindset: Ability to quickly understand ongoing initiatives and contribute meaningfully.
