OnBoard is seeking a Director of Sales Development to lead and scale a high-performing global Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization. This role is crucial for accelerating pipeline growth and optimizing prospecting strategies. The Director will oversee a team of SDRs and frontline leaders, focusing on operational excellence and integrating AI-powered tools. Collaboration with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales is essential to achieve company growth objectives.
The role involves:
- Leading, coaching, and growing a global SDR organization.
- Developing and executing scalable sales development strategies.
- Hiring, onboarding, and mentoring top SDR talent.
- Designing and managing KPIs across inbound and outbound efforts.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
- Refining SDR processes and using tools like Salesforce and AI/ML platforms.
- Driving change management around AI enablement and automation.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in Salesforce.
- Championing cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10-12+ years in B2B technology/software sales.
- 5-7+ years leading SDR or Inside Sales teams.
- Experience building and scaling global SDR organizations.
- Ability to integrate AI-powered prospecting tools.
- Strong command of CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- Expertise in outbound and inbound motion targeting.
- Track record of exceeding pipeline targets.
- Skills in sales analytics, segmentation, and lead scoring.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
