BeamUP, a company specializing in AI-powered autonomous data agents, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office and Executive Assistant to support their leadership team and manage office operations in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably a SaaS startup, and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Manage office coordination, including vendor relationships and supply inventory.
  • Support wellness and culture initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
