Senior Product Manager, Data Sharing

Job Description

Acxiom is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Data Sharing to lead the development and delivery of the product strategy for data sharing and exchange across cloud platforms. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders in IT, Security, and Engineering to design and validate sharing platforms and governance frameworks. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for gathering business requirements, planning budgets, and aligning stakeholders with strategic initiatives. They will also drive operational improvements across data providers and communicate roadmaps and progress updates to stakeholders. This position includes guiding and mentoring product managers, engineers, and architects to ensure successful product and service delivery.Role involves:

• Developing and contributing to the data sharing product strategy.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and consumers to design and validate product features.
• Communicating product roadmap and providing regular status updates.
• Leading Agile ceremonies and prioritizing tasks for engineering teams.
• Understanding and driving the evolution of product design, architecture, technology, and features.
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Acxiom's functional and business objectives.
• Ensuring all delivered capabilities align with initial business goals and objectives.
• Partnering with the information security team to ensure full compliance with security standards.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of engineering experience
• 2+ years of AWS, GCP, or Azure experience
• 2+ years of Agile experience
• Expertise with Snowflake Data Sharing, Databricks Delta Sharing, AWS Redshift Databricks, or similar tools
• Proficient in data sharing on cloud platforms
• Proven experience in Production Service Ownership
• Familiarity with working on regulated data
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
