Job Description
IONOS is seeking a Manager (w/m/d) for Programmatic Display & Social Advertising to join their Brand Media Team in Berlin or Karlsruhe. The role involves:
- Steering and optimizing relevant KPIs (Brand Awareness, Brand visits, Orders) of national and international brand media campaigns with a focus on the German market.
- Orchestrating the media mix based on platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, YouTube, META, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Responsibility for tracking and attribution from an online marketing perspective to measure and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Preparing potential, creative, and performance analyses to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Creating performance reports as well as their evaluation and presentation to make the results of campaigns transparent and to discuss them.
Requirements:
- A degree in marketing, business administration, economics, (business) informatics, or a comparable field.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in online marketing, preferably in paid advertising.
- High expertise in platforms such as Google Display Network (GDN), Display & Video 360, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Spotify, and LinkedIn.
- Proficient in using office applications (Google Workspace / Microsoft).
- Structured and independent work style with strong analytical skills.
- A communicative team player.
- Fluent in German and English, with additional language skills being a plus.
