Sales Associate/Stylist

Job Description

Club Monaco is seeking a Sales Associate/Stylist in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. The Stylist will contribute to store operations and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize personal sales and meet sales goals.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly customer environment.
• Show customers how new products complement existing wardrobes.
• Communicate customer and product feedback to management.
• Process transactions using Point of Sale (POS) knowledge.
• Manage multiple fitting room customers while adhering to policies.
• Provide follow-up customer service using thank you cards and client books.
• Maintain visual presentation and overall store maintenance.
• Assist in implementing brand visual standards.
• Participate in store resets and merchandising activities.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Support asset protection measures.
