Job Description
SevenRooms is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts and achieve individual revenue quotas. The Account Manager will nurture client relationships and drive revenue growth within existing accounts. This role involves understanding client needs and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities to enhance customer value and contribute to sales targets. The Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients derive maximum value from the SevenRooms platform, supporting customer satisfaction, renewals, and increased product adoption.SevenRooms is on a mission to redefine the hospitality industry for restaurant operators globally. SevenRooms Account Managers act as trusted advisors and expert relationship-builders, consulting with potential clients to identify business gaps and present solutions. They aim to empower hospitality operators to own guest relationships, reduce dependency on third-party networks, and streamline operations.What this role involves:
  • Developing and executing account strategies to drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities.
  • Taking ownership of the renewal process and proactively engaging with clients.
  • Identifying and closing opportunities to introduce clients to additional SevenRooms features.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Leading presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Partnering with internal teams to advocate for client needs.
  • Providing regular updates on account activity and forecasting data.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably within a Marketing SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Deep commitment to understanding client needs.
  • Exceptional project management abilities.
