Job Description
Yalo is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their team in Mexico City. This role will act as a strategic connection between the client and Yalo, translating client needs into effective digital campaign strategies. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for campaign management, strategy development, and continuous improvement of operational processes.Responsibilities:
  • Executing day-to-day operation activities
  • Creating campaign strategies
  • Scheduling and executing campaigns
  • Coordinating internal teams
  • Delivering proactive recommendations to customers
  • Managing a portfolio of customers
  • Reporting campaign status internally and to customers
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success team to create marketing strategies
  • Finding and implementing continuous improvements to operational processes
  • Supporting internal initiatives
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Marketing position or CPG Industry (desirable)
  • 1 year of experience in a Customer Support position (desirable)
  • Ability to define and execute effective GTM strategies
  • Marketing Knowledge and ability to identify opportunities
  • Basic Marketing/CPG Knowledge
  • Data Analysis and Basic Metrics skills
  • Excel Master / Google Tools proficiency
  • Intermediate/advanced English

  • Strong planning, organizing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
