Job Description
Ping Identity is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Reporting Senior to join their Finance team. This role reports to the Manager of Financial Reporting and will play a key part in preparing and filing regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and supporting internal and external reporting processes. Role involves:
- Assisting in the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual financial statements
- Interpreting and applying U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
- Preparing and booking monthly stock-based compensation journal entries
- Collaborating with internal and external auditors
- Assisting technical accounting team by conducting research on complex accounting transactions
- Working closely with internal teams and external advisors to support all financial data reporting needs
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- CPA
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with public accounting or financial reporting experience preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP, SEC regulations and SOX controls
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Works well in a team environment, as well as independently
- Excellent research & analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and follow through to execute all tasks
