Job Description
The NFL is seeking a Video/Audio/Post-Production Support Engineer to join their VAP Engineering group. This role involves designing, deploying, monitoring, maintaining, operating, and repairing production equipment systems. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of technical facilities, complex broadcast production equipment systems, and computer and data network assets.Responsibilities include:
- Acting as an administrator and key support resource for an Avid environment with over 100 users.
- Rapidly diagnosing problems and providing solutions to maintain production deadlines.
- Comprehending complex concepts and workflows.
- Participating in the training of production personnel.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience maintaining Video, Audio, Post-Production, and Broadcast systems.
- Hands-on management of Audio, Video, Grading, Graphics, Transcode, Storage, Client and VM systems.
- Knowledge of data networking.
- Proficient computer skills in Windows, Mac, and Linux.
- Knowledge of video and audio editing systems, Adobe Creative Suite, VizRT, BlackMagic DaVinci Resolve, and Vantage transcoding systems.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Storage Systems.
- Strong communication skills.
