Arcesium is seeking a Manager - HRBP, Human Capital to be based in Hyderabad. This role involves understanding and maintaining the firm's culture, assisting in roadmap planning, and managing function-specific programs. The Manager will stay attuned to employee sentiment, provide data-driven insights, and act as a point of contact for people-related queries. They will also support strategic projects, employee engagement, and retention programs, while providing guidance on employee relations and performance management. The ideal candidate will act as a change agent, challenging processes for efficiency.

• Understanding the firm's culture
• Assisting in roadmap planning and execution
• Managing function-specific programs
• Staying attuned to employee sentiment
• Maintaining and reporting data
• Providing support in strategic projects
• Guiding managers and employees on HC areas
• Gathering and interpreting industry best practices
• Acting as a change agent

• MBA in HR with 6-8 years of relevant experience
• At least 5 years in a business partner role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of driving independent projects
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
• Passion for fostering a positive work culture
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
