Job Description
ConnectWise, a global software company, is seeking a Merchant Application Specialist. This role ensures a smooth experience for partners using payment products, from initial sale to full adoption. The specialist collaborates with the Merchant Operations team to streamline the merchant application process, both internally and externally.
Role involves:
- Supporting the Merchant Operations team with meticulous attention to detail.
- Researching, analyzing, and documenting findings.
- Ensuring complete documentation for merchant applications before submission.
- Facilitating communication between partners and payment processors.
- Managing and reporting escalations for partners and third parties.
- Meeting with partners to assist in product activation.
- Responding to partner inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Maintaining up-to-date internal and external documentation.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with general supervision.
- Practical knowledge of the work area.
- Adaptability to new technology and processes.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
