Job Description
Tide is seeking a KYC Analyst to join their team in Bulgaria. Tide is a business management platform designed for small businesses, offering business accounts and related banking services, as well as administrative solutions. With over 1 million users worldwide, Tide is expanding its products and markets.
The KYC Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and verifying member data and documentation, communicating with applicants via email, and liaising with internal compliance personnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills, a strong understanding of KYC principles, and experience in KYC/compliance or financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with applicants via email
- Review and verify member data and documentation
- Liaise with internal compliance personnel
- Identify areas of improvement
- Provide general support to the business
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Natural curiosity about KYC principles and processes
- Experience working in KYC/compliance (preferred)
- Professional work experience in financial services or gaming (advantageous)
- Previous client service experience
- Analytical mind
- Good computer literacy
