Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a detail-oriented Underwriting Assistant to support their underwriting team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of insurance and a desire to grow within the industry. ISC is a growth-stage technology and data-driven commercial insurance wholesaler backed by KKR.ISC combines insurance and technology to innovate in the market. They strive to be the number one place to go for brokers and agents to source insurance.Role Involves:

• Providing support to senior underwriting staff.
• Performing administrative duties for new and renewal accounts.
• Assessing loss history and financial conditions for risk cases.
• Collecting and reviewing risk documentation.
• Collaborating with the underwriting team to finalize insurance applications.
• Managing inbound calls and providing customer support.
• Processing accounts from approved quotes to policy issuance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of underwriting or related insurance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong desire to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
