Job Description

Role Involves:
  • Linux/Unix Administration
  • Networking
  • Working with open source technologies, tools, and cloud services
  • Implementing best practices and IT operations for always-up, always-available services
  • Participating in on-call rotation
  • Working with MySQL
  • Coding and scripting (Perl/Golang preferred)
  • Automation/configuration management using SaltStack or equivalent
  • Working in private and public cloud environments

Requirements:
  • Strong background in Linux networking (ip, iptables, ipsec)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Experience with cloud services on Linux using KVM/QEMU
  • Knowledge of DCOS (Mesos & Mesos frameworks), Aerospike (NoSQL), Perl/Golang, Galera, OpenBSD
  • Experience with data center related activities
