Associate Strategic Program Manager

Job Description

Fictiv is seeking an Associate Strategic Program Manager to support the Strategic Program Management team in executing complex programs. The role involves collaborating with Sales, C&DFM, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure customer products launch on time, within budget, and at optimal quality. The Associate Strategic Program Manager will also contribute to internal process improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting customer-facing interactions.
• Maintaining accurate program status across multiple systems.
• Identifying process gaps, risks, and driving operational improvements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance program efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Tracking and reporting on program milestones.
• Supporting customer change requests and project updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering with 1-2 years of related experience OR 3+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, program management, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter passionate about learning and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with global manufacturing sites in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is preferred.
