Job Description

• Customer Advocacy: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Collaborative Leadership: Working cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment teams.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identifying and mitigating risks in the program lifecycle.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Serving as the go-to expert on the program.
• Continuous Improvement: Refining processes and driving operational efficiencies.
• Team Synergy: Leading status meetings and ensuring alignment and success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing programs in fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with NPD, NPI, and high-volume manufacturing facilities.
• Expertise in manufacturing processes like CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, and more.
• Proven customer-facing experience and a consultative approach to technical sales engagements.
• Strong program management skills, with a focus on risk management and time efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working across multi-cultural teams.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for process optimization and operational excellence.
• Up to 25% travel required.
