Shakepay is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the product growth strategy. The role involves identifying, testing, and scaling high-potential levers to expand the audience, optimize user activation, strengthen engagement, and maximize retention within the application. The Product Manager will collaborate with technical, product, design, data, marketing, and leadership teams to implement high-impact initiatives for sustainable company growth.

• Defining and driving Shakepay's product growth strategy.
• Transforming insights and analyses into compelling narratives.
• Collaborating with engineers and designers to design growth loops.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align product growth efforts.
• Leveraging data and research to understand user behavior.
• Leading projects from opportunity analysis to implementation.
• Communicating product advancements and strategic choices.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing successful product growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in scaling products to a large volume of users.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and able to prioritize rigorously.
• Curiosity for Bitcoin, financial services, and the future of money.
