Job Description
The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Sr. Corporate Communications Manager to join their newly created Corporate Communications function. This role reports to the President’s office and focuses on driving employee engagement, building the corporate brand image, and managing crisis communication. The ideal candidate will have strong program management expertise and exceptional communication skills.

Role Involves:
  • Executing compelling ideas to tell the TPCi corporate story externally.
  • Crafting high-impact employee communications and messaging.
  • Developing executive presentations.
  • Providing communications counsel to stakeholders.
  • Driving coordination of communications projects.
  • Managing the communications calendar and workflow.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in communications with strong program management expertise.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities as well as executive content creation and presentation development experience.
  • A track record of facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • High level of adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning and performance tracking aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, presentation and project management tools.
  • Experience within a global rapidly growing organization.
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
