Critical Mass is seeking a Group Creative Director, Copy to be a strong creative voice for the agency. The Group Creative Director will lead large teams to creative excellence, account growth, project delivery, and talent development. This person will be a master storyteller, understanding what sells and delights, and pushing creative limits with innovative ideas. They will simplify complex concepts, humanize digital experiences, and ensure the work is of the highest quality. The Group Creative Director will drive momentum, proactively direct and inspire their team, solve problems with confidence, and advocate for the client, team, and agency.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a creative director or lead in an agency.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • A passion for digital platforms.
  • Understanding of digital user experiences.
  • Knowledge of cultural trends and technology developments.
  • Natural mentorship abilities.
  • Proven creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
