Senior Tax Manager at Lush Handmade Cosmetics

Lush Cosmetics is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead tax structuring and planning for Lush North America. The role involves corporate income taxes, sales and use taxes, transfer pricing, and duties. The Senior Tax Manager will partner with business operations, monitor compliance, manage tax authority audits, identify opportunities, and lead the tax team.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing US income tax returns and tax compliance across North America.
• Managing income tax, sales tax, and duties audits.
• Ensuring timely and accurate filing of GST and Sales and Use tax returns.
• Reviewing transfer pricing strategies.
• Overseeing book tax calculations and North America tax reporting.
• Leading and mentoring the tax team.
• Staying updated with tax rulings and trends.
• Partnering with business operations teams.

Requirements:

• Qualified CPA, US CPA, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of tax experience in public accounting or a large corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Knowledge of international tax regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
