Packaging Agent - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Cresco Labs, a large, vertically integrated, multistate cannabis operator, is seeking a Packaging Agent for their Brookville, PA location. The Packaging Agent will be responsible for executing tasks assigned by department leadership, measuring, packaging, and labeling products, comparing product with product standards to ensure quality, maintaining a sanitary work environment, and safely transporting products from workspace to storage area. The agent will work Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:30am.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards. They should also have strong attention to detail, the ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures, effective time-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.

• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task

• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
