Job Description
FalconX, a company revolutionizing institutional access to crypto markets, is seeking a Finance Associate (Contractor) to join their team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a student pursuing CA, with prior statutory audit experience and strong accounting knowledge. The Finance Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.
Role involves:
- Handling audit-related documentation and meeting audit timelines.
- Assisting with ERP implementation.
- Supporting cross-entity cost allocation and Transfer Pricing implementation.
- Assisting with quarter-end and month-end book closing.
Requirements:
- Students pursuing CA (cleared CA IPCC).
- Prior experience in statutory audit.
- Basic industry knowledge and strong accounting knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Interest in the digital assets space.
- Prior experience in Netsuite or ERP implementation is a plus.
- Knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS is a definite plus.
