Job Description
FalconX is seeking a Head of Finance Transformation to lead its Finance systems and process modernization efforts. This role involves driving end-to-end transformation initiatives, including systems implementation, process redesign, and cross-functional change management. The Head of Finance Transformation will report to the CFO and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Engineering, Product, and Operations. The first major initiative will be spearheading the creation of an in-house subledger and its integration into NetSuite.FalconX is looking for someone to:- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance systems and processes.
- Oversee ongoing and future transformation projects, including the buildout of an in-house subledger and NetSuite integration.
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across various departments.
- Serve as the primary technical solution owner for Finance transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial operations.
- Ensure all transformation activities align with US GAAP accounting standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in Finance technology.
- 15+ years of experience in Finance transformation or systems implementation.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations and process redesigns.
- Hands-on expertise with NetSuite.
- Deep accounting, financial, and treasury knowledge.
- Financial services experience.
- Experience working in or with crypto (a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for operational excellence and innovation.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
