iCapital is seeking an Accreditation Analyst to join their team in Greenwich, CT. iCapital is powering the world’s alternative investment marketplace. The company's financial technology platform has transformed how advisors, wealth management firms, asset managers, and banks evaluate and recommend bespoke public and private market strategies for their high-net-worth clients. The Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the accreditation process, ensuring products and services meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. This individual will work closely with the senior accreditation team, product managers, and engineers, aiding clients to navigate relevant accreditation frameworks and certifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Review accreditation applications to confirm the applicant meets SEC accreditation verification requirements.
  • Follow internal guidelines to verify investor documentation is authentic.
  • Work closely with users and partners to answer questions and resolve issues.
  • Verify applicant identity and evaluate customer risk.
  • Assist in sanctions review, evaluating user matches in accordance with KYC/AML and CDD protocols.
  • Conduct research by accessing and analyzing U.S. and international databases.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience collecting/reviewing proof of income documentation, proof of net worth documentation, legal agreements, government IDs and/or other official documents
  • Familiar with identity management platforms, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and security protocols
  • Experience with audit software tools and reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and 506(c) regulations is a plus
  • Experience with software tools such as Zendesk and Mixpanel is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented and attentive
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious and analytical
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills while able to uphold professional empathy
  • Collaborative and positive team player
