Job Description

MiQ is seeking a Junior Programmatic Trader to join their growing team in London. MiQ is a programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies, experts in data science, analytics, and programmatic trading.

The Junior Programmatic Trader will support the setup, optimisation, and performance reporting of campaigns, while learning the programmatic ecosystem from experienced traders. This role involves campaign execution, portfolio management, internal collaboration, and external communication.

What this role involves:

  • End to end Campaign ownership
  • Buying media across multiple DSPs and platforms
  • Managing campaign performance and performing optimisations
  • Using data to enhance buying decisions
  • Delivering on-point margin and retain clients
  • Growing client business via surpassing KPIs, delivering insights and building relationships
  • Working closely with colleagues from sales, account management, product and analysis teams
  • Producing weekly client reports outlining campaign performance and optimisations
  • Delivering clients actionable insights via weekly commentary and end-of- campaign reports

Requirements:

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills (STEM, marketing, economics degree beneficial)
  • Ability to work with large datasets in Excel and BI internal tools
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with a systematic approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
