Job Description

Cobalt is seeking a highly analytical and process-driven GTM Operations Manager to join its fast-paced GTM organization. The role will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and supporting scalable growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The GTM Operations Manager will take ownership of GTM systems, optimize core processes, manage cross-functional projects, and leverage data to support strategic decision-making.

Role Involves:

  • Leveraging analytical skills to build reporting and dashboards.
  • Owning and optimizing GTM systems, primarily Salesforce.
  • Building and maintaining scalable reporting infrastructure.
  • Leading high-impact, cross-functional projects.
  • Supporting strategic planning activities.
  • Designing and managing compensation plans.
  • Defining, documenting, and scaling end-to-end GTM processes.
  • Ensuring alignment between CRM and financial systems.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes.
  • Collaborating with analytics teams to develop data definitions and maintain data quality.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or a related role.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Strong background in project management and process design/redesign.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with territory planning, variable compensation, and forecasting.
  • Strong communication and change management skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like LeanData, Gong, or similar GTM systems is a plus.
  • SQL and/or data visualization experience is a bonus.
