Job Description
Cobalt is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the AI/ML/data science and analytics strategy for their Pentesting and Red Teaming as a Service platform. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of offensive security by providing customers with data-driven insights into their security posture. The ideal candidate will define and deliver innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of security teams, leveraging cloud services and artificial intelligence to provide visibility into offensive security effectiveness.

What this role involves:
  • Collaborating with the Data / AI team to define and deliver the product roadmap for data sciences, AI-driven insights, and AI experiences.
  • Designing innovative data products and features in collaboration with data scientists, security experts, and software engineers.
  • Leading the development of benchmark reports and comparative analytics.
  • Driving the creation of AI-driven insights and predictive analytics.
  • Conducting market research and customer interviews.
  • Working closely with product marketing and sales teams.
  • Defining and tracking key metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/data sciences for cybersecurity recommendations.
  • Experience with launched and adopted AI/ML/data sciences experiences.
  • Deep understanding of data science principles, analytics methodologies, and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data science and analytics services preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the pentesting and Offensive Security domain.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience and a self-starter mentality.
