Job Description
Legion Technologies is seeking a Solution Architect to join their Solution Design team. This role is crucial for ensuring customers experience smooth transitions from sales to services and are effectively utilizing the Legion WFM system. The Solution Architect collaborates with Consultants to establish best practices for implementation within the Legion Consulting Center of Excellence (CoE).

Role involves:
  • Conducting detailed discovery meetings to understand customer needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align on partner-led solutions.
  • Driving pre-sales execution to meet revenue targets.
  • Providing configuration oversight and consulting on best practices.
  • Creating Implementation scope and Delivery / Services Statement of Work (SoW).
  • Mentoring Consulting Managers & Consultants.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite applications.
  • 3-5 years in Workforce Management Software preferred.
