JD Sports Fashion, a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion, is seeking a Store Manager for their Olbia C.C. "Olbia Mare" location. The Store Manager will play a crucial role in leading the store and driving its success.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving commercial objectives and KPI growth
• Managing costs and optimizing store profitability
• Ensuring optimal staff organization
• Recruiting staff in collaboration with the People department
• Developing and motivating staff, promoting career progression
• Guaranteeing quality customer service
• Managing complaints effectively and professionally
• Ensuring good store presentation in collaboration with the merchandising team
• Communicating product launch guidelines to staff
• Managing merchandise inflows and outflows
• Participating in loss prevention and control
• Managing daily cash operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing structured retail outlets
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Leadership and strong relational and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Office package (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
