The Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in maximizing the benefits of Duetto's products. They will analyze data, provide recommendations, and resolve business issues to ensure customer success.
What this role involves:
- Managing post-sales activity for assigned accounts, including onboarding, training, and support.
- Analyzing data to identify market trends and relevant features for customers.
- Supporting sales and marketing efforts through training and market expertise.
- Resolving business issues related to system configuration and usage.
- Creating a positive and productive environment within the department.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Hospitality Revenue Management.
- Client-centered approach and professional orientation.
- Strong relationship-building, planning, and execution skills.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation creation.
- Ability to travel 4-5 times a year.
