Job Description
Cabify is seeking a Growth Specialist to join their Logistics Strategy and Marketplace team. This role focuses on maximizing results by balancing the user and delivery partner marketplace through digital acquisition campaigns, engagement strategies, awareness initiatives, and pricing strategies. The Growth Specialist will work to understand user needs, monitor supply and demand, and implement initiatives to increase active users. They will also collaborate with the passenger transport team to increase user loyalty and reduce churn. Cabify is a company that believes in a new form of urban mobility.
Role Involves:
- Understanding user needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Monitoring supply and demand and proposing changes to pricing and campaigns.
- Collaborating with the passenger transport team to increase user loyalty.
- Implementing initiatives to increase active users and identify new use cases.
- Analyzing market information to understand user behavior and competitive opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Growth/Business Development/Business Intelligence.
- Analytical skills to process data, interpret results, and propose actions.
- Adaptability to change and a desire to make an impact.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
- Experience in technology companies is a plus.
