Senior Product Manager

Job Description

GovOS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the GovOS Core Platform, which enables GovOS Business Applications. This role involves providing technical product direction to the platform engineering organization, focusing on new services and applications in a cloud-first, multi-tenant SaaS environment.He/she will be responsible for defining the roadmap, epics, and stories for GovOS’s platform, which supports business-critical applications such as business tax, business licenses, payments, financial reporting, public records, and cloud search. The role requires expertise in platform product management, cloud technologies, and a strong understanding of business domains such as finance, tax, business license, government services, and public records.Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of embeddable UI components that improve user experience.
• Develop and communicate a long-term roadmap that leverages platform services, microservices, and no-code automation.
• Lead new product initiatives from 0 to 1, driving ideation, identifying customer pain points, and ensuring successful launches.
• Guide product architecture containing platform services such as payments, authentication, notifications, and audit.
• Expand the platform’s no-code capabilities, empowering non-technical users to automate complex workflows.
• Define and monitor KPIs for platform performance, feature adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical digital product role in a SaaS or PaaS environment.
• Engineering degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Data Science or a related field.
• Proven experience leading new product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong background in cloud technologies, microservices, search services, and platform services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product features.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly.
