IT Support Engineer

Job Description

Teads is seeking an IT Support Engineer to expand its local IT presence in the IL region and collaborate with the global IT team. The IT team provides support to all employees, equipping them with the technical resources necessary for thriving and growing. This role involves resolving technical issues, developing skills, and contributing to IT excellence.

What will this role involve:

• Providing day-to-day technical support to Teadsters in IL and across the globe.
• Monitoring vulnerability tools and reacting on exploits.
• Supporting the process of requesting/granting access and permissions to internal users.
• Documenting, tracking, and monitoring users’ problems to ensure swift resolution.
• Creating processes and documentation, and committing to global standardization.
• Ensuring proper tracking of assets and operations.
• Supporting Onboarding and Offboarding process for new hires and leaving employees.
• Ordering IT equipment.
• Contributing to the operation of IT services with a strong level of stability and availability.
• Streamlining vendors and tools and maintaining good relations with them.
• Enforcing collaboration and shared practices with the rest of the IT team.
• Providing technical support to Teads office in your area of responsibility.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in equivalent role required in a fast-paced and global environment
• Pride in ownership, initiative, and collaboration
• Effective communicator and great team player
• Passion to deliver a world-class customer service experience
• Experience with user support process (ticketing), MDM (Kandji, Jamf, Intune, etc), Identity Provider Management (Okta), etc.
• Experience in a hybrid environment (Apple (80%) and Windows (20%))
• Past experience in supporting Mac and Windows devices
• Experience in productivity suites (G-Suite, O365) and videoconference systems(Zoom, etc.).
• Knowledge of Live Streaming with Internal global townhall envent.
• Fluency in English
• Reliable person with strong sense of accountability
