Product Manager

Job Description

Preservica is seeking a Product Manager to translate product vision into impactful software experiences. The Product Manager will be part of a cross-functional sprint team, responsible for a core product area. They will work with engineers, designers, and a delivery lead to define and deliver new functionality, focusing on solving user problems and driving customer value. This role involves partnering with Customer Success, Marketing, Presales, and Sales teams to ensure product-led growth.

The Product Manager will report to the Senior Product Manager for Preservica Editions. This is a hybrid role based in Abingdon, UK, requiring several office days per month.

• Own a core product area, developing a deep understanding of user needs.
• Connect customer needs, product features, and business goals.
• Contribute to improvements in activation, retention, and feature adoption.
• Translate user expectations into tangible requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the team’s backlog.
• Ensure alignment and understanding of the product’s value proposition.
• Understand the competitive landscape.

• Proven experience as a product manager in an agile organization.
• Knowledge of SaaS / technology / digital preservation is highly desirable.
• Passion for PLG strategies and user-centric product development.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools.
• Ability to work in complex cross-functional teams.
