Job Description
ZipRecruiter is seeking an Inside Sales Associate Account Executive to join their growing team. This role is based in Phoenix, AZ, and offers a hybrid work environment, with potential for remote work for US-based employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for signing up new accounts through outbound calling efforts to inbound leads, with no cold calling involved.
The role involves:
- Hitting or exceeding monthly new business quota
- Making 60+ phone calls (12+ conversations) per day to assigned leads
- Running call and email campaigns to sign up New Accounts
Requirements:

- B2B/B2C sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
