Lightspeed is seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their growing North American team. This role is the first touchpoint between potential customers and the Lightspeed brand, playing a crucial part in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads. The Outbound team is in hyper-growth mode, requiring a driven individual passionate about helping entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities: - Identifying potential customers and introducing products through phone and email.
- Engaging and qualifying new leads via phone, email, text, and social media.
- Collaborating with inbound sales teams and managing handoffs to Account Executives.
- Working with marketing and sales teams to develop sales pipeline strategies.
- Consistently meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Requirements: - Experience in sales or a call center environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to explain technology clearly.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- An entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
