Narvar is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead company-wide initiatives and launch customer-facing products. The ideal candidate will autonomously drive cross-team programs within their portfolio in a fast-paced environment.Narvar is looking for someone with experience in roadmap planning, prioritization, and resource allocation. The Senior Technical Program Manager will coordinate large-scale cross-functional initiatives and schedules, ensuring successful delivery.Responsibilities:

• Drive planning & execution of complex cross-team programs.
• Develop programs to improve engineering productivity.
• Help develop and deploy Engineering playbooks for distributed teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering.
• 10+ years of technical program/product management or software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in leading & managing portfolio.
• Track record of program management during all phases of software development.
• Strong customer & people empathy.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering, product and operational teams.
• Expertise in JIRA customization/automation.
• Ability to identify & drive internal and external process improvements.
• Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams.
• Exceptional critical thinking & analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
